We had an amazing stay at this hotel, with the best aspects being the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location right next to the river, and the friendly staff. The rooms were spotless, and everything was well-maintained. We were impressed with the range of facilities available, including ample parking and transportation options. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the river and easy access to the surrounding area. The breakfast was also delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

This place is conveniently located near a ferry port and also has a kitchen for our use, making it convenient for our stay; moreover, it is only 1 mile away from the national park, which is great!

The lodge inside the park provided a unique and beautiful experience. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great advice on the area. The food served was fresh and tasty. The location allowed for easy access to the park's guided tours, hiking, and biking trails, making it a perfect starting point for any jungle adventure. the rapids/river views were stunning, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The room had a few cleanliness issues, and the towels provided could have been better. the tours were a bit expensive and there were too many tourists on weekends, making it difficult to see wildlife.

Nothing everything was great.

Spending Christmas surrounded by nature was an amazing experience. the guided tours available in the adjacent park were the highlight of our stay, with knowledgeable guides and breathtaking scenery. Being able to wake up to the sounds of the jungle was a unique and unforgettable experience. the nearby river was a perfect spot to cool off and relax during the hot afternoons.

the quality of the towels provided left a lot to be desired, and the bathroom amenities were not restocked regularly.
